Privacy
MyBudgetManager is built on a simple promise: your data is yours. We store only what is necessary to power your budgeting experience, and nothing more. Your financial information is encrypted, protected, and never shared with third parties.
Your Data Is Stored Securely
All budgeting data — income, expenses, categories, and history — is stored in your private account in our secure, encrypted MySQL database. This ensures your information is backed up, protected, and available across all devices you use to sign in.
Your data is never used for analytics, advertising, or profiling. It exists solely to power your budgeting tools.
No Tracking. No Analytics. No Ads.
MyBudgetManager does not run analytics scripts, tracking pixels, advertising networks, or behavioral monitoring tools. We do not collect usage patterns, device fingerprints, or browsing behavior.
Your activity is never tracked, sold, or shared — not now, not ever.
Access Your Data From Any Device
Your budgeting data is tied to your WordPress login, allowing you to access your information from any device simply by signing in. No syncing, exporting, or browser‑based storage is required.
This ensures a seamless experience whether you’re on desktop, tablet, or mobile.
You Control Your Information
You can edit or delete your transactions at any time. If you ever choose to delete your account, all associated budgeting data will be permanently removed from our system.
Your information belongs to you — and you decide what happens to it.
Minimal Data for Premium Features
If you upgrade to Premium, we store only the minimal information required to verify your subscription. This never includes your financial data, transaction history, or budgeting details.
Premium verification is lightweight, secure, and privacy‑respecting.
Privacy‑First Philosophy
MyBudgetManager is part of a broader suite of privacy‑focused tools, including My Knowledge Engine, MyToDoLists, and DirectiveOS. Every tool in the ecosystem follows the same principle: useful software should respect your privacy.
We collect the minimum data required to deliver the service — nothing more.
If you have questions about how MyBudgetManager handles data, feel free to reach out. Transparency and user trust are core to this project.
